Patch too thick

The hat itself is OK and the patch is cool, but in person the patch just sticks out from the hat way too far and just looks goofy. Probably won't wear it because of that, but I did put the patch on my jacket so not a total loss.

The shirts are the best dryfit jerseys I’ve ever had the pleasure of sporting however it makes it hard to wear the hat when you don’t get the patches you need. For instance my hat came with the black patch but how can I wear it when I haven’t achieved that goal? If it comes with any patch it should be the white one for that is where you start from, other than that I have no issues.
